SHARPENING INFORMATION

TURNAROUND

We will phone you as soon as we receive your hairdressing scissors to confirm receipt.

Once we have confirmed receipt - your scissors will be dispatched within 48 HOURS.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER MADE PAYABLE TO: Elite Edges

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD – To protect your security, do not put your details on the order form; we will phone you once we receive your package.

REPLACEMENT PARTS: We will phone you if your scissors require any new parts.

RETURN PACKAGE & POSAGE  
 
Free return post - Recorded Delivery - you can claim a maximum of £39.00 should your pacakage go missing.

You have the option to pay £3.50 extra for Royal Mail Special Delivery which will insure your package up to £500.

Please phone for higher increments of insurance.

Once the goods have left our premises, the responsibility for the safe return of goods lies with the postal service.

TEST

The cut along the length of the blades is tested using specially made scissor fabric.

Tips are tested on clean hair.

MAILING INSTUCTIONS

Wrap each individual item in bubble wrap or send in appropriate case.

Send in a padded envelope and check that there is no noticeable movement.
