“I came across this company by chance on Facebook, from first communication to receiving my scissors back I can not recommend enough. Very good at answering my questions and concerns also reading other people’s reviews put my mind at ease. I had 3 pairs to send worth over £1000. They messaged me when they received them, that alone is a weight off my mind then sent me PayPal details for easy payment and then I got them back with a 3 day turn around. “I have had my scissors sharpened by Extreme Edge twice and both times have had extraordinarily good service. The scissors are sent back very quickly and the job done on them is second to none. “My first impression of Extreme Edge was how professional they are. Every question was answered, as I looked through their website. My main concern was ‘Are they going to ruin my scissors’ – ABSOLUTELY NO !! – My scissors have never been so good! (I say this because it has happened to me before and I had to purchase new ones). Chipped the blades of my scissors quite bad so needed sorting out a lot. Really easy to send off and fill out the form. Called me when the scissors arrived, then they were returned the same day. Arrived the next morning in great condition and the blades were perfect. So glad to have sharp scissors again. Even sent me a text to make sure they had arrived.
